Product & Service Update

New Look CGiX:

Following the rebranding of FSL, CGiX and the What If have been updated to reflect our new logo and colour palette.

New ERI Report:

CGiX has been enhanced with a new Excess Reportable Income report that identifies all relevant ERI payments for a given tax year.

The new report can also be incorporated in Tax Packs to appear alongside the Consolidated Tax Certificate.

ORF Update:

Another year of reporting has been completed. We have successfully delivered data on over 56,000 offshore funds on the HMRC Reporting Funds list. We now have direct contact with over 1,000 fund managers, allowing us access to the most accurate data and timely updates throughout the tax year.

Also, after many years of supporting customers across the UK and Switzerland, we have recently onboarded our first South African client and look forward to working closely with them.

FSL in the media:

We continue to share our knowledge and views of the market with industry press. Nuno Godinho, our Group CEO, appears in the latest PIMFA Journal to discuss the fundamental need for digitisation within wealth management; has his second article on Maddyness talking about fintechs in wealth management; an article in WealthBriefing on digital ecosystems; debates the benefits of AI in wealth management in Finance Derivative; and is interviewed by Techround.

Tax Talk:

Alex Ranahan returns with another article in his series, to tell you about the last few months and to discuss the 2022/23 tax reporting season.

Chain Mail:

The latest in this series of articles focusses on the impact of AI within wealth management with several links highlighting the benefits, concerns and trailblazers in the market.

ESG in the News:

With COP 28 fast approaching, the most recent article in this series share links about the summit, the UK’s Green Taxonomy and the ESG Data Code of Conduct.

FSL Customer Day – Book your seat

We hope that you have now received your invitation to the new FSL Customer Day. This year’s event will be on Tuesday 7th November.

As mentioned, following feedback from last year’s CGiX User Group we have changed the format of the event and extended the invitation to include all individuals from client firms. If you have not received your invitation, or you think we should invite someone else from your firm then please contact the event team.

The half day agenda will include product updates, market insights and breakout sessions for specialist streams. The event will also provide the opportunity to speak with experts in their field and a Q&A session. We will end with a networking lunch providing an opportunity for attendees to catch up with FSL staff and their industry peers.

FSL Customer Survey

In 2021, FSL conducted its first customer satisfaction survey with a plan to run them biennially. Therefore, this year we plan to ask you for your feedback again.

You will soon receive an email with a link to an online survey. We ask you to share your thoughts on our products, services and overall experience partnering with FSL. The survey is tailored to ask you only about the areas where you interact with us.

All feedback received will help us shape our current and future offerings. Insight from the survey is used to enhance the experience you have with FSL.
